In 2007, just returned to Italy after years of experience in Italian restaurants in London, the dream of opening my own restaurant became reality in 2010, when the Botte di Ferro opened its doors in Ariccia.

The restaurant is immediately based on a single credo, harmony between taste and elegance, innovation and attention to detail.

The restaurant has built over time its own identity that has led it to be recognized regionally for cuisine and location.

In 2019 we move to Grottaferrata, in via Filippo Corridoni 12, in a more reserved and fascinating space, where the Iron Barrel Fish & Sushi is reborn.

The new offer combines Eastern culinary tradition and Western gastronomic innovation.

Each dish reflects the fidelity to the processing techniques and creativity of the chefs, constantly looking for new declinations of the art of Japanese taste with innovative assonances of flavors and new concepts of Italian food.
