Circe is perhaps the most fascinating literary figure of the whole Odyssey. Her home, on the fabled island of Eea, is a palace surrounded by the wood, inhabited by wild beasts ( all men so reduced by the spells of the goddess-sorceress, that she had enchanted with evil potions).
Green is the predomintant colour, a wrapping and never intrusive nature, perfectly matched with the woods of the furbishments. The distant view of the sleeping eternal city and the dominant position on the top floor make of the Circe Suite a love alcove.
